How many adrenaline junkies are in our midst? Americans may be less thrill-seeking than they are thrill-take-it-if-the-opportunity arises as 64% have ridden roller coasters, and a mere 3% have hang- or paraglided.

 

Yet, there are some activities that people would not try even if given the opportunity as 72% of Americans think sharks are swimming just fine on their own, and 80% believe cliffs were made for walking, not jumping.
